Our hall can be set up to handle your event. We offer the use of our rectangular tables that seat 8 people. The hall can comfortably seat 64 people.
Feel free to heat up your entrees using our gas range. Store your cakes and ice cream in our full size fridge. Or save yourself the work and feel free to bring your caterer along.
We offer 2 different blocks of time for Hall Rentals. Each block is 6 hours long and includes 1 hour for set up, 1 hour for clean up, with your 4 hour event in the middle.
Choose from 10am until 4pm or 5pm until 11pm.
The hall rental fee is $325 for no bar, $475 with the bar. NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL IS ALLOWED
There is a refundable $100 cleaning deposit that will need to be paid.
To reserve your date please contact us using the Contact Us page. You can download the rental agreement from the Documents page. A deposit of $125 which will be applied to the rental fee will be due with the signed rental agreement. Deposits can be by check payable to Franklin VFW Post 3402 and mailed to PO Box 96, Franklin, MA 02038. We can also do cards over the phone, cash in person, or you can Venmo @VFW3402 or we can send a PayPal invoice for you to pay.
Our active members (members of Post 3402 who come to meetings and volunteer their time) receive discounted hall rental rates.
